BBQ Smoker / Charcoal Grill 3000

Description: Feed a crowd quickly and efficiently with this all steel convertible smoker grill / charcoal grill. As a smoker it is reverse flow for that reliable even heat and smoke. The reverse flow plate is removable so the smoker can be converted to a direct heat charcoal grill. There are 4 separate grilling grates for a combined total grilling surface of just over 3,000 sq inches. That means you can cook 50-60 pork butts, 15-20 briskets, 25-30 Boston butts, 25-30 baby back ribs, 50 - 60 ribeyes, and 120 - 140 thick hamburgers all at once.
